At Yixiang Pet Culture, we are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. Generally, we will process and ship your order within 10-15 business days after receiving it (as our products are custom-made and require time for production). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During major promotional events such as Labor Day, logistics may be delayed by 4-6 days. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, uncontrollable delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. In case of prolonged delays or changes, we will notify you promptly.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and error-free. We cannot modify the delivery address once the package has been shipped. If you need to modify the address, please contact us as soon as possible within 1-2 hours after placing the order at: ppainting157@gmail.com
Currently, we cannot deliver orders to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address and contact phone number to ensure smooth delivery.
The shipping we provide is free, but in certain specific cases (such as delivery to remote areas), additional fees may apply. These fees will be notified to the customer in advance during order confirmation.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will request you to pay an additional fee for re-delivery. If you no longer wish to receive the product, we will refund the remaining order amount after deducting the shipping fee once we receive the returned product.
Yixiang Pet Culture does not charge customers any taxes. However, in a small number of cases, certain duties or taxes may be required, and these fees shall be borne by the customer.
When receiving the package, please be sure to check in front of the courier whether the outer packaging is intact and whether the number of accessories is complete (refer to the packing list or instruction manual). If damage or missing items are found, please immediately take videos/photos and contact customer service at ppainting157@gmail.com for after-sales support. We will provide you with a satisfactory solution.
